Bryan Whaley calls himself an educator and a lifelong learner.
The rural Eagle Grove beef producer who once served as 4-H youth coordinator for Humboldt County, along with his other career stops, feels those experiences will serve him well as he continues in his first year as chief executive officer of the Iowa Cattlemen’s Association.
Whaley was appointed to his new position late last year.
“I feel like my experience and background has prepared me for this new role," Whaley said.
“I’m also passionate about leadership. We need to continue to build in our young people, help them along the way," he said.
