Pawty at Joe Sheldon: Dog Daze of Summer 2024

It was a fantastic turnout at Joe Sheldon County Park on Sunday (July 21) for the annual Dog Daze of Summer event. Dog Daze benefits multiple shelters and rescuers in the area. The event was organized by Tammy Grove and Samantha Swoyer.
Grove said, “This event is just a huge collaboration of animal lovers that work tirelessly to rescue all kinds of animals in Humboldt and surrounding counties. This event benefits Moffit Animal Shelter, Peace Creek Animal Rescue and Sanctuary, Pups and Paws Pound in Fort Dodge and Lazy J Rescue Ranch.” She continued, "It’s one of my favorites, dogs and kids, two of my favorite things. Everything here is available for a free will donation, and all the money raised will be divided between these local rescues.”
