Wildcat girls 4th in NCC golf meet

Sophia List shot a 96 total to finish fourth overall in leading the Humboldt girls' golf team to a fourth-place finish in the North Central Conference tournament held on Monday, May 12 at Lakeside Golf Course north of Fort Dodge.
Elle Ebeling of Clear Lake was meet medalist in shooting an 86. Lainey Venteicher of Algona was second with 92.
Humboldt also had Jada VanDeWalle with a 110, Morgan Mayall at 113, Livia Stewart with 121, Macy Berte 123 and Shelby Wood with 124.
The Wildcats begin regional tournament play next week.
