JOYCE L. PETERSEN

Joyce Lucille (Hoops) Petersen, the daughter of Clyde and Francis (Hart) Hoops, was born on Sept. 26, 1932 in Doniphan, NE. She and her 12 siblings later moved to Humboldt where she was raised and educated with the “Class of 1950”.
